I use a Canon EOS Rebel T2i as my camera with a RĂ˜DE VideoMic for audio. For older projects (such as RamCast and most of Grounder), I used a Panasonic AG-DVX100. Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 is used for editing. I am available for client work. Contact me if interested. See below for some of my previous work.
RamCast (YouTube link): As a high school student, I created RamCast, a weekly online newscast for the students of Stratford Central Secondary School, utilizing online video as a platform to create interest in school events. The project was very successful, not only capturing the students' interest, but also drawing weekly viewership from teachers, parents, and schools around the province. In my two years as director (2007-2009), I led the RamCast team in the creation of over 70 episodes, and directed guest stars such as the CBC's Peter Mansbridge and George Stromboupolous.
Featured Videos: I'm At A Dance, Dougie's Lament, The Peter Mansbridge Episode
Grounder (YouTube link): Along with four other friends, I developed a strange concept for a YouTube series during the summer of 2009. I star in and edit the videos. There really isn't any way to describe them, so watch for yourself.
Featured Videos: Tony Hawk, Michigan, Bones
The Respectacle (YouTube link): The Respectacle is a large group of individuals who produce short sketch comedy videos on YouTube. Basically, it's an excuse for a bunch of us to get together, have some fun, and make videos. Personally, I have directed, filmed, written, and edited several of these videos, including the ones you see below.
